Your personal data is collected electronically (website, email, WhatsApp, phone) or physically (in-person meetings, surveys). This data is processed automatically based on the processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and within the maximum periods specified in the relevant legislation. Upon expiration of this period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Data related to commercial books and records is maintained for the periods determined under the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code.

• To request deletion within the framework of conditions envisaged in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request notification of correction, deletion, and destruction actions to third parties
• To object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
• To demand compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of data

To exercise the rights mentioned above, you may submit a written application to info@ghslojistik.com. Your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
