Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the terms of use of the https://www.ghslojistik.com website ("Site") operated by GHS Lojistik Global Relocations ("Company"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

2. Service Description

The Site has been created to provide information about the Company's international transportation and logistics services, to receive price quote requests, and to facilitate customer communication. Quotes provided through the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement. A definitive agreement for transportation services will be established separately through mutual signature.

3. User Obligations

Site users are obliged to comply with the following obligations:

• To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in forms and applications
• Not to use the Site in a manner contrary to laws and the rights of third parties
• To avoid actions that may damage or hinder the Site's technical infrastructure
• Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission
• Not to use automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, software code, and all other materials) belongs to GHS Lojistik Global Relocations and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other relevant legislation. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of Site content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not accept liability for the following:

• The currency, accuracy, or completeness of information on the Site (for informational purposes only)
• Guarantee that the Site will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• Content on third-party websites linked from the Site
• Data losses resulting from the user's own fault
• Delays arising from force majeure circumstances

Quotes received through the Site do not constitute definitive pricing. The definitive price is determined by the agreement prepared after the survey.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data transmitted through the Site is processed within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). For detailed information, you can review our KVKK Disclosure Notice and Privacy and Security Policy pages.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Site. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the modified provisions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by Turkish Law, and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Agreement.

9. Effectiveness

These Terms of Service came into effect on the date they were published on the Site. By using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these provisions.
